At all times the safety of the horse(s), rider(s), and spectator(s) are of the utmost importance. · Any horse(s) showing poor conditioning, improper care, or signs of neglect will not be permitted to participate as part of the VLT team or TEAM BEKET. · Prior to competition/ presentation, horse(s) and rider(s) will be submitted to a military style pre-ride inspection. Horse(s) and rider(s) will be presented in-hand and saddled or in halter (this distinction will be posted pre-inspection.) |
